Tales of the Cocktail Practice Night ~ Nathan Thurnau

It’s time we brag a little and talk about how proud we are of our very own Bar Manager, Nathan Thurnau.
A few weeks ago, Nathan was one of just six bartenders selected to compete in Home & Away, a daiquiri competition in Kansas City. He went head-to-head with some of the most talented bartenders from across the Midwest — and he won the entire regional. 🥇
Now he’s headed to New Orleans to represent Good Company & Wichita at the National Finals during Tales of the Cocktail week— the biggest cocktail event in the country. Think: classes, seminars, competitions, and legendary parties. Basically the Super Bowl of cocktails, and Nathan (yes, from Wichita) is going up against bartenders from LA, NYC, Miami, and more.
SO, HOW CAN WE HELP HIM GET READY?
We’re throwing a Tales of the Cocktail Practice Night at Good Company — and you’re invited!

🎟 $25 per ticket
💵 All ticket proceeds go toward supporting Nathan’s trip to New Orleans
What you’ll get:
– A full serving of Nathan’s competition cocktail, High Plains Ronin
– Access to an intimate, small group experience having Nathan make and serve his cocktail exactly how he'll present it to the judges in New Orleans
– Spirits tasting with our local Probitas Rum representative
– A chance to mingle with fellow cocktail lovers
Beyond the cocktail experience, our full bar and kitchen will be open all evening, so come early, hungry and thirsty for this very special night!
